This subtle and refined wine is the flagship cuvée of our house.
This cuvee is the most atypical of the Bandol appellation zone. The Clairette grape variety brings freshness and acidity while Ugni Blanc is its backbone. The typical minerality of the wine comes from a mix of marl and limestone terroir.
Maturation on its fine lees gives volume and power to the wine.
Golden and shiny color. Fine nose with aromas expressive fruity lemon and pear. The attack is ample and structured revealing a beautiful aromatic intensity. The finish is balanced and elegant.
