This wine sublimates the Terroir of Moulin de la Roque, by giving a particular focus to the oldest, most distinctive and unique plots.
Dense and deep garnet colour, nice shine. Complex nose dominated by black fruits (cherries, blackberries, blackcurrants) as well as cocoa, liquorice, spices (pepper, cardamon, nutmeg). Rich and fine mouth with a perfect integrated wood. Black fruits and black olives aromas highlight the extreme harmonious structure and silky tanins. Wonderful balance between the acidity and the complexity of structure. Long, fresh and elegant finishing.
