This terroir has something of a garden where the vines naturally thrive. But it is quite the opposite for the subsoil which forces the vines to grow a whole network of roots.
These conditions produce a fine and elegant wine with a lot of freshness.
The high concentration of stones make the roots twist and turn to draw water and mineral nutrients from the soil.
Deep colour, black garnet. Fine, spicy nose with notes of roasting. The palate is powerful with notes of cocoa and roasting.
